Cancellation and Refund Policy For Mechwebb Solutions

At Mechwebb Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality consultation, engineering services, and training to our clients. We understand that there may be situations where cancellations and refunds are necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds to ensure a fair and transparent process.

1. Consultation Services:

Cancellation:

  • Clients may cancel a consultation service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds:

  • If MechWebb Solutions is unable to fulfill a consultation appointment as scheduled, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds for consultation services that have already taken place will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to proration.

2. Engineering Services:

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of engineering projects should be discussed directly with our project manager or assigned contact person.
  • The terms and conditions of cancellation for engineering services will be specified in the individual project agreement.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for engineering services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the progress of the project and the work completed.

3. Training Programs:

Cancellation:

  • To cancel a training program, clients are required to provide at least two weeks’ notice before the scheduled training start date.
  • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the training start date may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds:

  • If MechWebb Solutions cancels a training program, clients will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds for client-initiated cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to proration based on the training sessions completed.

General Terms:

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • MechWebb Solutions reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion.
  • In case of any disputes, clients are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team for resolution.
  • Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: support@mechwebb.in

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
